Nightingale 1.0

The Nightingale Model is a triple bottom line apartment development model. It aims to deliver apartments that are environmentally, socially and financially sustainable. The ultimate goal of the project is to provide quality urban housing at an affordable price by simplifying both the development process and the building itself.

6 Florence Street is the first Nightingale Model project and consists 20 apartments and two ground floor retail units. HIP V. HYPE has been involved with the project to establish the development feasibility, advise on legal structure and accounting framework, construction contract negotiation and construction finance procurement.

We are also proud to have invested in this first Nightingale Model Project.

SUSTAINABILITY

Nightingale 1.0 has been designed by Breathe Architecture with rigorous priorities toward sustainability. It will be fossil fuel free with all new renewable energy sources, and with an exceptional energy rating of over 8 stars the apartments will be thermally, water and energy efficient.
