To meet obligations under TPG24-33, Landcom required a Net Zero Transition Plan to reduce emissions across their operations and supply chain.
Commencing with a review of Landcom's draft Net Zero Transition Plan, HIP V. HYPE identified gaps and opportunities for improvement, drawing on our experience across client work and our own projects.

Context
HIP V. HYPE's additions included emissions factors, data collection methods, key actions and initiatives, as well as an assessment of relative cost and greenhouse reduction potential for each initiative.
HIP V. HYPE also supported the technical analysis and documentation underpinning Landcom's FY25 carbon account Basis of Preparation, benchmarking the approach against industry leading practice.
This work contributed to the Net Zero Transition Plan receiving endorsement from both the Board and Executive.
