Located in Torquay North and identified in the Surf Coast Shire Council’s Urban Futures Strategy as a Future Urban Area, the Messmate Road Precinct presents a unique opportunity to embed sustainability and climate resilience from the outset.
The project proposes a new residential community of approximately 1,300 homes including a mix of medium-density housing, supported by open spaces, linear parks and connection to nearby amenities such as the Grass Tree Nature Reserve and community facilities in Torquay North.
