"The ESG Framework developed by HIP V. HYPE has been critical in translating our values, ideals and goals into an achievable roadmap; defining where we want to be — and how we can get there." Susan Tait, Creative Director and Co-Founder

Context

Targeted engagement, context analysis and industry benchmarking conducted by HIP V. HYPE established Tait's sustainability baseline, highlighting achievements and aligning proposed activities with its ESG journey.

HIP V. HYPE then facilitated a workshop to define the company’s overall ESG ambition, identify potential barriers, and explore opportunities to achieve its goals. This included a high-level materiality analysis, to assist Tait in identifying and prioritising key focus areas.

Building on these insights, we then developed, tested, and refined a comprehensive ESG framework with clear goals and priorities, ensuring alignment with the company’s operational priorities and long-term vision.
