At HIP V. HYPE, Our People bring diverse skillsets but a shared belief that we can drive the positive future our cities and regions deserve. Our teams have the unique opportunity to work alongside one other, drawing from complementary disciplines that enable a richer perspective on our built environment.
We're always interested in hearing from like-minded, passionate people who have a deep alignment with our values. We invite you to send us an email including who you are and what has drawn you to HIP V. HYPE: ourpeople@hipvhype.com.

HIP V. HYPE prioritises opportunities for relevant social and cultural interaction. Weekly, we have a Collective Run Club, with opt-in laps around Princes Park open to all members of the Barkly Street Collective.
Fortnightly, we host InHouse Exchange; an opportunity for Our People to knowledge share, present project work and to test new ideas within the team environment and Lunch 'n' Learn; an opt-in technical learning session.
Monthly, we host a HIP V. HYPE catered team lunch by local friends Small Axe, and Collective Drinks, an opportunity for the Barkly Street Collective to connect with one another over drinks and nibbles.
Quarterly, we conduct a Cultural Activity or Team Workshop, a whole of team opportunity beyond the Collective to experience best practice projects and co-develop critical skills to improve our performance.
