HIP V. HYPE prioritises opportunities for relevant social and cultural interaction. Fortnightly, we host InHouse Exchange: an opportunity for Our People to share knowledge, present project work and to test new ideas within the team environment. Monthly, we host Collective Drinks, an opportunity for the Barkly Street Collective to connect with one another and with industry. Quarterly, we conduct our Cultural Activity, an external outing beyond the Collective that sees Our People enriched by new ideas, experiences and learnings.
