Our BIM Manager will establish and maintain HIP V. HYPE's drafting and design standards, establishing our Revit template and comprehensive libraries, implement efficiency-enhancement workflows and develop a scalable structure that will enable high-quality documentation to be delivered efficiently and reliably.

Our Better Cities & Regions team embeds sustainability at the precinct, community and city scale, delivering solutions that support urban resilience and equitable development in a changing climate.
Our Better Buildings team are experts in integrating environmental, social and economic sustainability into buildings of all scales. Our engineering and design services help to deliver buildings that are more comfortable, have cleaner, fresher air, cost less to operate and tread lightly on the environment.
We have two intern intakes per year to align with university semesters. The next intake will be in July 2026 for an August / September 2026 start.
To apply for our August / September 2026 Sustainability Internship program, please include your resume and a letter addressing the following:

- What are your key areas of expertise?
- What are you keen to learn during your internship?
- Confirm with us details of what the requirements are for your internship (i.e. hours, over what time, other).
We would also appreciate a sample of an individual piece of work that you have completed during your studies.
