Located opposite the Capital City Bike Trail in North Carlton, the Park Street Collective marked the first HIP V. HYPE workshare space. Designed by HIP V. HYPE and Archier, the space comprised two interconnected wings powered by the solar energy of two Tesla Powerwalls.

A multitude of uses ensued, from studio to product showroom and event space. Fronted by BINQ double glazed windows, the Park Street Collective set out to provide a collaborative environment for shared knowledge and ideas.
