Sustainability

Sustainability has been embedded into the design with considerations to biophilia, passive design principles such as window placement and thermal envelope improvements, and Water Sensitive Urban Design through installation of raingardens.

The development is fossil fuel free and has maximised indoor environment quality, with natural ventilation pathways and enhanced daylight penetration.
