Located opposite Melbourne's Queen Victoria Market, ANMF House is an 8-floor hotel by the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) and is amongst the most sustainable short-stay accommodation in Australia.

Extending above the restored heritage façade of the Central Club Hotel, ANMF House features a high performance envelope and curtain wall system, with a cross laminated timber (CLT) structure to the building's upper floors to reduce embodied carbon. Controlled mechanical ventilation supplies fresh filtered air directly to all hotel rooms.
