Following preliminary sustainability feasibility and framework development, HIP V. HYPE has been engaged by Landcom to lead Green Star and sustainability implementation for a pilot project in Bomaderry. The project aims to demonstrate best practice in small scale, affordable, Build-to-Rent projects for New South Wales (NSW).

Key project objectives include leveraging the NSW Housing State Environmental Planning Policy 2021 to bolster secure tenure rental housing availability; advocating for design excellence and sustainability aligned with NSW Government Policy and the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act; and implementing Landcom Housing Policy to deliver a design that is replicable and scalable for possible application to other sites.
