Sustainability

Passive design principles such as window sizing, orientation, daylight access and thermal envelope improvements, along with heat recovery ventilation providing 100% fresh air to all apartments, will ensure future occupants enjoy improved Indoor Environment Quality (IEQ). Our bioclimatic modelling seeks to maximise comfort in the public and private outdoor spaces, increasing usability.
