The second in Macedon Ranges Shire Council's (MRSC) Cool Changes series, the Woodend Region community followed in the footsteps of Malmsbury to develop a hyper-local climate change action plan.

Initially designed as a face-to-face program, COVID-19 restrictions led HIP V. HYPE to redesign the program so it could continue online. Using the Crowdicity platform, HV.H created a online hub where community participants could brainstorm action ideas, vote and comment and access project resources, including an instructional video and a climate change conversation kit.
